I recently listened to a TED talk on the importance of having each other’s backs. Not only in our most significant relationships but as we walk through our day in general. As our world narrows and becomes scarier and more unpredictable, we need each other more and more to manage fears and anxieties. So, this talk was a reminder to me that our survival really depends on how well we take care of each other.
